By accessing or using game.freetypingtests.net (the Service), You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If You do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words below have the meaning given here wherever they appear in these Terms with an initial capital letter, whether written in the singular or the plural.

- The individual accessing or using the Service.
- Content
- The games, text, graphics, audio and other material made available through the Service.
- Third-Party Service
- Any service the Service relies on or links to that a party other than the Company operates, including Google Analytics, Google AdSense and freetypingtests.net.
- Country

Acknowledgment
These Terms govern Your use of the Service and form the whole agreement between You and the Company, together with Our Privacy Policy, which explains what information the Service collects. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, which apply to every visitor.
By using the Service You agree to these Terms in full. If You do not agree with any part of them, You must not use the Service.
Who may use the service
The games on this Service are built for typists of any age — the homepage itself points beginners, including students, toward the gentlest game as a starting point — so We place no minimum age on playing them.
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 13; see Children’s privacy in Our Privacy Policy. Because there are no accounts or sign-up step of any kind, We have no mechanism to verify age, and rely on parents and guardians to supervise young children’s use of the Service the same way they would for any other website.
Acceptable use
You may play the games for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Scrape or systematically extract data from the Service.
- Redistribute or rehost the games or their assets.
- Reverse engineer or decompile them beyond what applicable law allows.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the infrastructure behind it.
- Use bots or scripts to generate scores, traffic or advertising impressions.
Intellectual property
Each game on this site — its code, its design, its audiovisual presentation, and the selection, arrangement and coordination of the artwork, audio and word lists it uses — is the property of the Company, and all rights in it are reserved. You may play the games. You may not extract, copy, redistribute, host, mirror, modify, decompile or reuse any part of them, including individual image, audio or data files, without the Company’s written permission.
Much of the artwork and audio in these games was produced with the assistance of generative AI tools and was subsequently edited, retouched, assembled, timed and adapted by the Company so that it fits each game. The Company claims rights in that edited material, and in the games that incorporate it, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
A small number of assets in Type Alien Blast are third-party works released by Kenney (kenney.nl) under Creative Commons Zero 1.0, which places them in the public domain and requires no attribution; they are credited here voluntarily. Their inclusion does not place any other part of the games in the public domain, and does not make the games open source.
The site’s typefaces are licensed under the SIL Open Font License, and the licence text is distributed with the font files.
Your game records
Each game’s best results — score, speed, accuracy, combo and level reached, depending on the game — are written to Your browser’s localStorage and never transmitted to Us; We cannot see or restore them. They are specific to one browser on one device, and clearing Your browser’s site data deletes them permanently. We do not guarantee that Your game records will be preserved across browser updates, storage limits, or anything else outside Our control.
Advertising and third-party links
The Service displays advertising served by Google AdSense and links to other sites, including Our main site at freetypingtests.net. We do not control third-party content, advertisers, or the sites they link to, and We are not responsible for them. Your dealings with an advertiser, or Your use of any linked site, are between You and that third party.
Termination
We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service, or Your access to it, at any time and for any reason, including a breach of the Acceptable use section above. We may also modify or retire any individual game at any time. Because the Service has no accounts, this means blocking or discontinuing access rather than closing a profile. These Terms remain in effect until the Service is discontinued or Your access to it ends.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data — including lost game records — arising from Your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to You; in that case, the Company’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent the law allows.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
Without limiting the above, We make no representation that the Service, or any game within it, is accurate, reliable, or available at any particular time or place.
Governing law
These Terms and Your use of the Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR China, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute not resolved informally, as described in Disputes resolution below, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Disputes resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, please try to resolve it informally first by contacting Us at admin@freetypingtests.net and describing the issue. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way; if not, You and the Company remain free to pursue any remedy available under the governing law described above.
For European Union users
If You are a consumer in the European Union, You benefit from any mandatory provision of the law of Your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects Your right to rely on that local law.
United States legal compliance
You represent that You are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and waiver

- If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent the law allows, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full force.
- Waiver
- Except as set out in this section, a failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms does not affect that party’s ability to exercise the right or require that performance later, and waiving a breach does not waive any later breach.

These Terms may have been translated for Your convenience, including by a browser’s automatic translation feature. If a translation and the English original conflict as to meaning, the English original governs.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. When a change is material, We will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a revision takes effect means You accept the revised Terms.
