This Privacy Policy describes what Free Typing Games collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this site, game.freetypingtests.net, only — our main site, freetypingtests.net, publishes its own privacy policy.

The words below have the meaning given here wherever they appear in this Policy with an initial capital letter, whether written in the singular or the plural.

What we collect
The Service is fully static: pages are pre-built and served from a content delivery network, with no server-side processing and no database behind them. There are no accounts, no signup and no login of any kind, so We never ask You to register or manage a profile.
We collect Usage Data automatically through Google Analytics 4, described in the Cookies and Google services sections below. We collect Personal Data only if You choose to send it to Us — for example by emailing admin@freetypingtests.net or writing through Our Contact page. In that case, the Personal Data is whatever You include in Your message, typically Your email address and its content.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The Website itself sets no cookies of its own. Any cookie or similar tracking technology You encounter here comes from the third-party services described below — Google Analytics and Google AdSense — which use cookies and comparable technologies, such as browser storage and device identifiers, to recognise You across visits and, for advertising, across other sites too.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in Your browser settings. The games do not depend on cookies to run; blocking them affects only analytics and ad personalisation, not gameplay.
How we use the information
We use Usage Data, in aggregate, to understand how the Service is used — which games are played, how long sessions last, and which pages need attention — so We can keep the Service running and improve it.
We use any Personal Data You send by email or through the Contact page solely to read Your message and reply to You.
When we share information
We share Usage Data with Google, as the provider of Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense, in the ordinary course of using those services — see Google services we use below. We do not sell Personal Data, and We do not share the content of Your emails with anyone except where required by law, described in Disclosure required by law below.
Retention
Usage Data collected through Google Analytics 4 is retained for 14 months from collection and then deleted automatically by Google on Our behalf. Emails You send Us are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle Your enquiry, then deleted. Your game records are not retained by Us at all — see Your game records stay on your device below.
International transfer of data
The Company is based in Hong Kong SAR China, and any information You send Us directly — such as an email — is processed there. Google Analytics and Google AdSense operate globally and may process Usage Data and advertising identifiers on servers located outside Your country, under Google’s own data processing terms.
Your game records stay on your device
Each game keeps its own best results — score, speed, accuracy, combo and level reached, depending on the game — written to Your browser’s localStorage. This information is never transmitted to Us or to anyone else — We cannot read it, and it never appears in any Usage Data We receive.
Game records are specific to one browser on one device: they do not sync between Your phone and Your laptop, and a different browser on the same device starts with a clean slate. Clearing Your browser’s site data deletes these records permanently, and We have no way to restore them.
Deleting your data
You can delete Your game records at any time by clearing site data for game.freetypingtests.net in Your browser settings. Because We never receive that data in the first place, there is nothing further for Us to delete on Our side.
To ask Us to delete Personal Data You have previously sent by email, contact Us at admin@freetypingtests.net and We will delete it, unless We are required to keep it by law.
Disclosure required by law
We may disclose Personal Data if required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by public authorities, or where We believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation.
- Protect the rights, property or safety of the Company, Our users or others.
- Investigate or prevent wrongdoing connected with the Service.

Security
The Service is fully static, with no database and no server-side processing, which limits what there is to secure — there are no accounts, no passwords and no stored form submissions to protect. We take reasonable care with any Personal Data You send Us by email, but no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The games on this site are built for typists of any age, including students — the homepage itself points beginners toward the gentlest game as a starting point — so We place no age restriction on playing them. The Service is not directed at children under 13, however, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 13; with no accounts and no contact form, this could only happen if a child emailed Us directly.
If You believe a child has sent Us Personal Data, contact Us at admin@freetypingtests.net and We will delete it.
Links to other websites
The Service links to Our main site, freetypingtests.net, and displays third-party advertising links served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or policies of any linked site or advertiser. Google services we use
Google Analytics 4 collects the aggregated, anonymised Usage Data described above — page views, session length, approximate country, device type and referring site — so We can understand how the Service is used.
Google AdSense serves the advertising that supports the Service. Google and its partners act as third-party vendors that use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on Your visits to this and other sites.
Consent for personalised advertising is handled by Google’s own certified consent management platform, configured in Our AdSense account — it is not something this site builds or serves itself. Where consent is required, for example under the GDPR, that is the mechanism that asks for it, and You can decline or withdraw consent there at any time.
